We offer a 30-day return period for most products purchased from Conacoolnie, starting from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely. Conacoolnie is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
3. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid using PayPal or other payment methods, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if you are returning part of the order.
